IP Infringement Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Makulutu respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page describes how to report alleged infringement.

1. Respecting copyrights and trademarks

Creators and supporters must only upload or share content they own or are authorized to use. Unauthorized distribution of third-party copyrighted or trademarked material is not permitted.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been used without permission, contact support with a clear description of the material, the location of the alleged infringement, and evidence of ownership.

3. Investigation process

We will review reports in good faith and may remove or disable access to content that appears to violate intellectual property rights. We may also take action against offending accounts.

4. Counter-notice

If you are notified that your content has been removed and believe this was in error, you may provide a counter-notice with supporting information so we can reassess the claim.

5. No legal advice

This policy does not constitute legal advice. For legal guidance, consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
